The Ventrac 3400 is a 4WD lawn tractor from the 3400 series. This tractor was manufactured by Ventrac in Orrville, Ohio, USA from 2014 to 2019.
The Ventrac 3400 is equipped with one of two engines: a 0.6 L (38.3 cu·in) two-cylinder gasoline engine or a 0.9 L (54.8 cu·in) three-cylinder diesel engine and a belt-driven hydrostatic transmission with infinite forward and reverse gears.
The Ventrac 3400 used articulated power steering, two-post folding ROPS and 18.9 liters (5 US gal.; 4.2 Imp. gal) fuel tank.
The tractor could be equipped with the following engines:
- Briggs & Stratton Vanguard M38. It is a 0.6 L, 627 cm2, (38.3 cu·in) two-cylinder natural aspirated gasoline engine with 75.0 mm (2.95 in) of the cylinder bore and 70.0 mm (2.76 in) of the piston stroke. This engine produced 20.3 PS (14.9 kW; 20.0 HP) at 3,600 rpm of output power.
- Kubota D902. It is a 0.9 L, 898 cm2, (54.8 cu·in) three-cylinder natural aspirated diesel engine. The cylinder bore is 71.0 mm (2.8 in) and the piston stroke is 74.0 mm (2.91 in). This engine produced 22.3 PS (16.4 kW; 22.0 HP) at 2,850 rpm of output power.
