The Ford 2120 is a 2WD or 4WD compact utility tractor from the Twenty Compact series. This tractor was manufactured by Shibaura for Ford in Japan from 1987 to 1991. The Ford 2120 is equipped with a 2.3 L four-cylinder diesel engine and one of two transmissions: gear type transmission with 12 forward and 4 reverse gears or power shuttle transmission with 12 forward and 12 reverse gears.
The Ford 2120 compact utility tractor used the Shibaura T854 engine. It is a 2.3 L, 2,268 cm2, (138.4 cu·in) four-cylinder natural aspirated diesel engine with 85.0 mm (3.35 in) of the cylinder bore and 100.0 mm (3.94 in) of the piston stroke. The compression ratio rating is 18.0:1. This engine produced 43.2 PS (31.8 kW; 42.6 HP) at 2,500 rpm of net horsepower.
