The Allis Chalmers WC is a 2WD row-crop tractor manufactured by Allis Chalmers in West Allis, Wisconsin, USA from 1933 to 1948. The first generation was manufactured from 1933 to 1937.
The Allis Chalmers WC is equipped with one of three engines: a 3.0 L (186.0 cu·in) four-cylinder gasoline engine, a 3.3 L (201.0 cu·in) four-cylinder gasoline engine, or a 3.3 L (201.0 cu·in) four-cylinder distillate engine and a non-synchronized gear type transmission with 4 forward and 1 reverse gear.
The tractor could be equipped with the following engines:
- Waukesha (gasoline). It is a 3.0 L, 3,048 cm2, (186.0 cu·in) four-cylinder natural aspirated gasoline engine with 92.0 mm (3.62 in) of the cylinder bore and 114.0 mm (4.49 in) of the piston stroke.
- Allis-Chalmers (gasoline). It is a 3.3 L, 3,294 cm2, (201.0 cu·in) four-cylinder natural aspirated gasoline engine. The cylinder bore is 102.0 mm (4.02 in) and the piston stroke is 102.0 mm (4.02 in). The compression ratio rating is 5.0:1. This engine produced 12.1 PS (8.9 kW; 11.9 HP) at 1,300 rpm of output power.
- Allis-Chalmers (distillate). It is a 3.3 L, 3,294 cm2, (201.0 cu·in) four-cylinder natural aspirated gasoline engine. The cylinder bore is 102.0 mm (4.02 in) and the piston stroke is 102.0 mm (4.02 in). The compression ratio rating is 4.2:1. This engine produced 12.1 PS (8.9 kW; 11.9 HP) at 1,300 rpm of output power.
The Allis Chalmers WC is equipped with manual steering, differential hand-operated mechanical drum brakes, open operator station and 56.8 liters (15 US gal.; 12.5 Imp. gal) fuel tank.
