The International Harvester 354 is a 2WD utility tractor manufactured by International Harvester in Doncaster, England from 1971 to 1975.

- International Harvester BD-144. It is a 2.3 L, 2,345 cm2, (144.0 cu·in) four-cylinder natural aspirated diesel engine. The cylinder bore is 86.0 mm (3.39 in) and the piston stroke is 102.0 mm (4.02 in).
The IH 354 is equipped with power steering, differential mechanical dry disc brakes, an open operator station, and 46.2 liters (12.2 US gal.; 10.2 Imp. gal) fuel tank.
