The International Harvester 444 is a 2WD utility tractor manufactured by International Harvester in Louisville, Kentucky, USA from 1967 to 1971.
The International Harvester 444 is equipped with one of two engines: a 2.5 L (153.0 cu·in) four-cylinder gasoline engine or a 2.5 L (154.0 cu·in) four-cylinder diesel engine and one of two transmissions: a sliding gear transmission with 8 forward and 2 reverse gears or a shuttle transmission with 8 forward and 8 reverse gears.

- International Harvester BD-154. It is a 2.5 L, 2,524 cm2, (154.0 cu·in) four-cylinder natural aspirated diesel engine. The cylinder bore is 89.0 mm (3.5 in) and the piston stroke is 102.0 mm (4.02 in). This engine produced 42.6 PS (31.3 kW; 42.0 HP) at 2,000 rpm of output power.
The IH 444 is equipped with manual or power (option) steering, independent mechanical disc brakes, an open operator station, and 53.0 liters (14 US gal.; 11.7 Imp. gal) fuel tank.
