The International Harvester B-414 is a 2WD utility tractor manufactured by International Harvester in Bradford, England from 1961 to 1966.
The International B414 is equipped with one of two engines: a 2.3 L (143.0 cu·in) four-cylinder gasoline engine or a 2.5 L (154.0 cu·in) four-cylinder diesel engine and one of two transmissions: a sliding gear with dry disc clutch transmission with 8 forward and 2 reverse gears or transmission with 8 forward and 8 reverse gears.
The tractor could be equipped with the following engines:
- International Harvester BC-144. It is a 2.3 L, 2,343 cm2, (143.0 cu·in) four-cylinder natural aspirated gasoline engine with 86.0 mm (3.39 in) of the cylinder bore and 102.0 mm (4.02 in) of the piston stroke. The compression ratio rating is 6.3:1. This engine produced 44.1 PS (32.4 kW; 43.4 HP) at 2,000 rpm of output power and 157.3 N·m (16 kg·m, 115.9 ft·lb) at 1,300 rpm of torque.
- International Harvester BD-154. It is a 2.5 L, 2,524 cm2, (154.0 cu·in) four-cylinder natural aspirated diesel engine. The cylinder bore is 89.0 mm (3.5 in) and the piston stroke is 102.0 mm (4.02 in). The compression ratio rating is 22.6:1. This engine produced 44.1 PS (32.4 kW; 43.4 HP) at 2,000 rpm of output power and 157.3 N·m (16 kg·m, 115.9 ft·lb) at 1,400 rpm of torque.
The IH B-414 is equipped with manual or power (option) steering, independent mechanical disc brakes, an open operator station, and 48.1 liters (12.7 US gal.; 10.6 Imp. gal) fuel tank.
