The John Deere 3300 is a 2WD or 4WD utility tractor manufactured by Renault for distributor John Deere in Le Mans, France from 1995 to 1998. The JD 3300 is equipped with a 4.5 L (276.0 cu·in) four-cylinder diesel engine and one of three transmissions: a synchronized shuttle transmission with 10 forward and 10 reverse gears, a synchronized shuttle transmission with mechanical splitter and 20 forward and 20 reverse gears or a two-speed power shift transmission with 20 forward and 20 reverse gears.
The John Deere 3300 utility tractor used the John Deere 4045D engine. It is a 4.5 L, 4,523 cm2, (276.0 cu·in) four-cylinder natural aspirated diesel engine with 106.0 mm (4.17 in) of the cylinder bore and 127.0 mm (5 in) of the piston stroke. This engine produced 76 PS (55.9 kW; 75.0 HP) at 2,050 rpm of output power and 284.8 N·m (29 kg·m, 209.9 ft·lb) at 1,500 rpm of peak torque.
The JD 3300 is equipped with power steering, wet disc brakes, cab with heater or deluxe X cab (optional) and 115.0 liters (30.4 US gal.; 25.3 Imp. gal) fuel tank.
