The John Deere 350 Loader is a crawler loader manufactured by John Deere in Dubuque, Iowa, USA from 1965 to 1970.
The John Deere 350 is equipped with one of two engines: a 2.5 L (152.0 cu·in) three-cylinder diesel engine or a 2.2 L (135.0 cu·in) three-cylinder gasoline engine and one of two transmissions: a gear type transmission with 4 forward and 1 reverse gear or a shuttle transmission with 4 forward and 4 reverse gears.
The tractor could be equipped with the following engines:
- John Deere diesel. It is a 2.5 L, 2,491 cm2, (152.0 cu·in) three-cylinder natural aspirated diesel engine with 98.0 mm (3.86 in) of the cylinder bore and 110.0 mm (4.33 in) of the piston stroke. The compression ratio rating is 16.7:1. This engine produced 46.6 PS (34.3 kW; 46.0 HP) at 2,500 rpm of output power and 149.2 N·m (15.2 kg·m, 110 ft·lb) at 1,300 rpm of torque.
- John Deere gasoline. It is a 2.2 L, 2,212 cm2, (135.0 cu·in) three-cylinder natural aspirated gasoline engine. The cylinder bore is 98.0 mm (3.86 in) and the piston stroke is 98.0 mm (3.86 in). The compression ratio rating is 7.7:1. This engine produced 42.6 PS (31.3 kW; 42.0 HP) at 2.500 rpm of output power.
The JD 350 loader is equipped with a clutch-brake steering system, contracting band brakes, open operator station, and 83.3 liters (22 US gal.; 18.3 Imp. gal) fuel tank.
