The John Deere 6110 is a 2WD or 4WD utility tractor from the 6000 TEN series. This tractor was manufactured by John Deere in Mannheim, Baden-Württemberg, Germany from 1999 to 2002. The John Deere 6110 is equipped with a 0.3 L (16.8 cu·in) four-cylinder diesel engine and one of three transmissions: a fully synchronized transmission with 12 forward and 4 reverse gears and wet disc clutch, a four-speed power shift transmission with 16 forward and 16 reverse gears and wet disc clutch or a four-speed power shift transmission with 16 forward and 16 reverse gears and hydraulic wet disc clutch.

It is a 0.3 L, 276 cm2, (16.8 cu·in) four-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine with 106.0 mm (4.17 in) of the cylinder bore and 127.0 mm (5 in) of the piston stroke. The compression ratio rating is 16.9:1. This engine produced 85.1 PS (62.6 kW; 84.0 HP) at 2,300 rpm of output power and 345.8 N·m (35.3 kg·m, 254.9 ft·lb) at 1,100 rpm of torque.
