The Kioti DK45 is a 4WD compact utility tractor, manufactured by Kioti (a part of Daedong) in Daegu, South Korea from 2000 to 2007. The Kioti DK45 is equipped with a 2.2 L (134.1 cu·in) four-cylinder diesel engine and a synchronized shuttle transmission with 12 forward and 12 reverse gears.
The Kioti DK45 compact utility tractor used the Daedong 4A220 engine. It is a 2.2 L, 2,197 cm2, (134.1 cu·in) four-cylinder natural aspirated diesel engine with 87.0 mm (3.43 in) of the cylinder bore and 92.4 mm (3.64 in) of the piston stroke. The compression ratio rating is 22.0:1. This engine produced 45.7 PS (33.6 kW; 45.1 HP) at 2,600 rpm of gross output power.

I bought a 2007 Kioti DK45S with a cab brand new in 2010. One of the best purchases I’ve ever made. was going to buy a 20 or 25 horse but drove away with this instead. Really thankful I did. Its small enough to haul with most two axle trailers at less than 5,000 lbs but has enough ass to do way more than the little tractors. Was made right before everything went quick detach/skid steer but I found a company that makes one for this tractor so now its even handier. This tractor would sell for same price I paid for it at 17 years old and about 1,000 hours. Good purchase.
