The Mahindra 5010 is a 4WD compact utility tractor from the 10 series. This tractor was manufactured by Mahindra in from 2011 to 2015. The Mahindra 5010 is equipped with a 2.4 L (148.6 cu·in) four-cylinder diesel engine and one of two transmissions: a constant mesh transmission with dry disc clutch and 9 forward and 3 reverse gears or a hydrostatic transmission with infinite (3-range) forward and reverse gears.

The compression ratio rating is 22.0:1. This engine produced 49.6 PS (36.5 kW; 49.0 HP) at 2,600 rpm of output power.
