The Simplicity 9528 is a two-wheel compact utility tractor from 9500 series, manufactured by Japanese company Hinomoto on the factory in Osaka, Japan between 1978 and 1983. The Simplicity 9528 is the same tractor as the Allis-Chalmers 5030, Hinomoto E28 and Massey-Ferguson 220. The Simplicity 9528 is equipped with two-cylinders liquid-cooled Toyosha S148 diesel engine with 1.5 L, 1,477 cc (90.1 cu-in) of displacement and unsynchronized gear transmission with 8 forward and 2 reverse gears. This transmission has four gears in two ranges (low or high).
The Simplicity 9528 tractor used a two-cylinder naturally-aspirated liquid-cooled the Toyosha S148 diesel engine with 97.0 mm (3.82 in) of the cylinder bore and 100.0 mm (3.94 in) of the piston stroke. Compression ratio rating is 23:1. It produced 28.0 HP (20.9 kW) of maximum powers or 26.0 HP (19.4 kW) of horsepower on PTO-shaft. The engine used Donaldson dry air cleaner.
The 9528 tractor is equipped with unsynchronized gear transmission with 8 forward (1.6-22.5 km/h, 1.0-14.0 mph) and 2 reverse (3.2-14.8 km/h, 2.0-9.2 mph) gears. This tractor used mechanical steering, molded asbestos single plate dry clutch, differential mechanical drum, and shoe brakes, two-pinion spiral-helical differential with 4.33:1 of ratio, adjustable front axle and gear type hydraulic pump from Kayaba.
The Simplicity 9528 tractor can use the following attachments:
