The White 2-70 is a 2WD or 4WD row-crop tractor from the Field Boss series. This tractor was manufactured by White from 1972 to 1986.
The White 2-70 row-crop tractor is equipped with one of two engines: a 4.6 L (283.0 cu·in) six-cylinder natural aspirated diesel engine or a 4.3 L (265.0 cu·in) six-cylinder natural aspirated gasoline engine and one of two transmissions: an unsynchronized transmission with 6 forward and 2 reverse gears or a partial powershift transmission with 18 forward and 6 reverse gears.

- White. It is a 4.3 L, 4,343 cm2, (265.0 cu·in) six-cylinder natural aspirated gasoline engine. The cylinder bore is 95.0 mm (3.74 in) and the piston stroke is 102.0 mm (4.02 in).
The White 2-70 is equipped with hydrostatic power steering, independent dry disc brakes, ROPS with optional canopy, and 104.0 liters (27.5 US gal.; 22.9 Imp. gal) fuel tank.
